Volvo's car sales down 11% in April
Volvo sells 58,881 cars in April

ISTANBUL
Volvo's global car sales were down by 11% to 58,881 units in April on a yearly basis, it announced on Monday.
Owned by the Chinese automotive giant Geely, Volvo is facing issues related to US President Donald Trump's tariffs.
The company's sales of electrified models -- fully electric and plug-in hybrid models -- decreased by 16%, accounting for 45% of all cars sold during April.
The share of fully electric cars constituted 20% of all cars sold for the month, while the share of plug-in hybrid models accounted for 25%.
During the first four months of the year, the firm's car sales reached 248,525 units, also down by 7% year-on-year.
