Turkish stocks flat at open

ISTANBUL
Turkey's benchmark stock index rose by 0.08% or 82.12 points on Tuesday to open at 99,817.8 points.
On Monday, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index increased by 3.4% or 3,250.36 points to close at 99,735.68 points with a daily trading volume of 8.7 billion Turkish liras ($1.5 billion).
The U.S. dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate stood at 5.6570 as of 9.30 a.m. local time (0630GMT), compared to Monday's closing rate of 5.6480.
The euro/Turkish lira exchange rate reached to 6.3960, versus 6.4020 at the previous close.
One British pound traded for 7.1680 Turkish liras, as the GBP/TRY exchange rate was 7.1390 at market close on Monday.
The price of Brent oil was around $65.70 per barrel as of 10.00 a.m. local time (0700GMT) on Tuesday.
