Turkish stock exchange begins Tuesday up
BIST 100 index gains around 21.2 points at Tuesday's open

Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Tuesday at 10,637.42 points, up 0.2%, or 21.24 points, from the previous close.
On Monday, the BIST 100 soared 2.41% to 10,616.18 points, with a daily transaction volume of 115 billion Turkish liras ($2.85 billion).
As of 10.10 am local time (0710GMT), exchange rates stood at 40.4190 Turkish liras to the US dollar, 47.2830 to the euro, and 54.4950 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,384.75, while Brent crude oil was trading at $68.20 per barrel.
