Turkish prefabricated building manufacturer Karmod said on Wednesday it has completed and delivered a container office project in the Belgian province of Limburg.

Karmod Container Export Manager Muzaffer Dogrul Erguclu said the company’s container offices are widely preferred across Europe due to their production quality, insulation performance and sealing features.

Erguclu said container structures are increasingly being adopted as practical office solutions in European countries, adding that exports to Europe were initially viewed as an experience-building phase, but Karmod has since become a preferred brand across the continent.

Emphasizing that the company’s growth reflects sustainable planning and long-term investment, he said roof watertightness remains one of the most critical aspects of container construction.

“One of the most critical skills in container building production is roof watertightness. With our brand-specific standing seam system, we have achieved a 99% success rate in container roof sealing. We do not compromise on structural quality and safety, using specially reinforced steel construction systems. Insulation applications and electrical installations are designed in line with the standards of the country where the building will be used,” Erguclu said.

Reiterating that Karmod’s container offices are in demand across Europe due to their production quality, insulation performance and sealing properties, Erguclu said Germany, France, the UK, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Romania are among the countries where the company has completed the highest number of projects.

Regarding the latest project in Limburg, Erguclu said the demountable container structure was transported to Belgium on a single truck.

He said the combined container model building will be used as office space by a company operating in the building materials sales sector.
