Tokyo Stock Exchange to extend daily trading hours
From 2nd half of fiscal 2024, market to close 30 minutes later than current time

ANKARA
The Tokyo Stock Exchange said it will extend the trading day by 30 minutes, planning to start in the second half of fiscal 2024.
According to the Japanese Kyodo News agency, this will be the first extension in closing hours in about 70 years.
With the change, the market will close at 3.30 p.m. local time (0630GMT).
