Some Russian metals banned from British warehouses
Metals include copper, lead and aluminum, London Metal Exchange says

ISTANBUL
The London Metal Exchange (LME) announced Friday that metals imported from Russia cannot be stored in British warehouses.
Metals included copper, lead, primary aluminum, and aluminum alloy, the exchange said.
The decision came after the UK government imposed 35% additional duties on imports of Russian metals, which was announced in mid-March.
The warehouse decision will not cover metals whose exportation date from Russia was prior to March 25, 2022.
