Turkish prefabricated buildings constructor Karmod said on Thursday that steel-frame homes have become a focal point for those seeking homeownership, thanks to structural safety and streamlined construction processes.

“Steel homes spare prospective homeowners the burden of coordinating multiple craftsmen,” Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mehmet Cankaya was quoted as saying in a statement.

Stressing that three key expectations stand out in discussions with customers, Cankaya noted that these are “structural safety, construction processes progressing smoothly without requiring the homeowner’s involvement at every stage, and manageable budget advantages.”
