Energy prices down with signals for ending Iran war soon
Brent futures down 5%, WTI 4%, TTF gas 6% as of early midweek

Energy commodities begin to post declines on Wednesday as US President Donald Trump gives a signal for ending the Iran war soon.
Speaking after a presidential decree signing ceremony at the White House, Trump said that American forces will leave Iran within two to three weeks, signaling an end to ongoing attacks against the country.
"All I have to do is leave Iran, and we’ll be doing that very soon, we'll be leaving very soon" Trump said, adding that it will happen in "maybe two weeks, maybe three."
Brent futures traded for around $98, down 5%, as of 0700GMT, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) decreased by 4% to $97.
Meanwhile, natural gas traded on the Dutch TTF benchmark decreased by 6% to €47 ($54.5).
