ANKARA
Anadolu Agency will host the Global Energy Projects and Finance summit on June 3 and 4 in Ankara.
Regional and global energy policies, financing of energy projects, energy diversification issues will be discussed in the summit. Energy experts and the top energy officials will evaluate the role of the Turkey in the region as an energy corridor as well.
Turkey's Energy minister Taner Yildiz, Germany's minister for Economic affairs and Energy Sigmar Gabriel, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natiq Aliyev, Energy and Mining Minister Damian Gjiknuri, UK's energy minister Michael Fallon and Federica Guidi, Italy's minister of economic development will attend the summit.
Anadolu Agency Director-General Kemal Ozturk, will be a moderator at the session of regional energy strategies and the Caspian energy corridor.
Energy sector are growing constantly in the world and as an energy corridor Turkey's importance has been increasing both globally and regionally.
