Italian artist Angelo Bucarelli's "Water. Like tears of love" titled exhibition’s -- which will be placed in Istanbul -- press conference was held at Turkey's Rome Embassy on Monday evening.
With the contribution of Italian Institute of Culture in Istanbul, Bucarelli will open his exhibition in Istanbul's Kucuk Mustafa Paşa hammam -- the oldest hammam from the Ottoman age in Istanbul
1477 -- on September 15. The exhibition will be open for visitors until October 14 and will run parallel with 13th Istanbul Biennial.
It was said, the artist was freely inspired by "Tursun Bey, Ottoman historian and poet of fifteenth century and Istanbul's richness of water" in regards to his exhibition.
Bucarelli known as using iron, fabric, glass, embroidery supplement in his art works by photography and technology.
Delivering a speech at the embassy in Rome, Bucarelli thanked Turkey to receive his exhibition with open arms.
