MiG-29 encountered critical technical snag, forcing pilot to eject

NEW DELHI
A Russia-origin Indian Air Force jet crashed on Monday night in the northwestern state of Rajasthan, the air force said.
“During a routine night training mission in the Barmer sector, an IAF (Indian Air Force) MiG-29 encountered a critical technical snag, forcing the pilot to eject,” it said on X.
The pilot is safe and no loss of life or property was reported, the air force said, adding that a court of inquiry had been ordered.
