Many feared dead after blast hits wedding in Kabul
Official casualties yet unknown as none take responsibility for blast
ANKARA
An explosion struck a wedding hall in the Afghan capital on Saturday, local media reported.
According to TOLOnews, Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrat Rahimi said many people were present in the wedding hall when the explosion occurred.
The deadly incident took place in western Kabul just before midnight.
Afghan officials have yet to release an official death toll, with no claims of responsibility having yet been made.
