Death toll from Indonesia earthquake rises to 321

ANKARA

The death toll from an earthquake that jolted Indonesia on Monday rose to 321, according to media reports on Sunday.

Some 14 people are still missing, Chinese public broadcaster CGTN quoted a National Disaster Management Agency statement as saying.

The devastating earthquake also displaced 73,693 people while 56,311 houses and buildings were damaged, said the statement.

A total of 100 children under the age of 15 lost their lives in the earthquake, UNICEF announced.

On Monday, a magnitude 5.6 earthquake struck Cianjur town in West Java province.
