China executes school principal for sexually assaulting 22 children

ANKARA
Chinese authorities executed a school principal for raping and sexually assaulting 22 children, state-run media said Saturday.
The Global Times newspaper said the elementary school principal, who raped and sexually assaulted the children from 2010 to 2019, was sentenced to death.
The principal was executed Tuesday by injection, following a court order in Pingliang, in northwest China’s Gansu Province.
