5.8 magnitude earthquake strikes off southeastern Philippines: USGS

ISTANBUL
A 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck off southeastern Philippines at 11.35GMT on Monday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The earthquake took place at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles), according to the USGS.
The quake struck 103 kilometers (64 miles) east of the Manay municipality in the Davao Oriental province, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, which determined the magnitude of the quake as 5.7.
There were no reports of damage or a tsunami warning following the quake.
