5.7 magnitude quake jolts Afghanistan

ISTANBUL
A 5.7 magnitude earthquake jolted the Hindu Kush Region, Afghanistan, on Friday, according to the German Research Center for Geosciences.
The earthquake originated at a depth of 79 kilometers (49 miles) at 17.39 pm local time (1309GMT).
The quake was felt in the capital Kabul and neighboring provinces.
There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
