Japanese submarine collides with private vessel off Kochi province

ANKARA
A Japanese submarine collided with a private vessel on Monday, the government said.
At least three submarine crew members are feared hurt in the collision, Kyodo News reported, citing the country's Maritime Self-Defense Force.
The collision was reported just off Kochi province.
Kochi is located on Japan’s Shikoku Island facing Pacific Ocean.
