Bell 505 helicopter ‘plunged into river’ in Beijing on Wednesday afternoon, says civil aviation authority

A civilian helicopter crashed in China’s capital Beijing, killing both pilots, the country’s civil aviation authority said on Thursday.
The authority said that a Bell 505 helicopter had a “flight accident and (it) plunged into a river” in Beijing on Wednesday afternoon.
An investigation is underway, according to the daily Global Times.
The chopper belonged to Beijing Reignwood Star General Aviation. It was flying to the southern part of the capital from the Changping district in the north.
