At least 14 people were killed and another four injured when a truck fell off a cliff in the Philippines’ Negros Oriental province on Wednesday, local media reported.
The incident took place in the Mabinay municipality when the truck lost its brakes and fell off a cliff, according to local English daily Manila Times.
The condition of all four wounded was said to be critical.
