Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan issued a message for Typhoon Haiyan which hit the Philippines, claiming thousands of lives.
Erdogan expressed "deep sorrow" over the loss of life and damage to property in the Philippines due to Typhoon Haiyan, said a release from his office.
The release said Turkey is in solidarity with the Philippines and ready to offer help.
Turkey has prepared 90 tonnes of humanitarian supplies to send to the Philippines.
Typhoon Haiyan left more than 330 thousand people homeless and over 4.3 million affected, according to the UN figures.
Typhoon Haiyan is belived to be one of the strongest typhoons on record to have hit the Philippines.
