ANKARA
Turkey's Treasury and Finance Ministry on Tuesday authorized three international institutions to issue a bond due 2023.
"As part of the 2018 external borrowing program, Ministry of Treasury and Finance has mandated Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Societe Generale for the issuance of a bond due 2023," the ministry said in a statement.
