The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has told foreign embassies to consider the possibility of evacuation if tensions flare up, diplomatic sources said Friday.
The suggestion was delivered by the DPRK's foreign ministry to diplomatic missions in Pyongyang according to Xinhua.
Tension has escalated between North Korea and South Korea following the nuclear tests conducted by North Korea and over its decision to restart operations at the Nyongbyon nuclear facility.
