TIJUANA, MEXICO - AUGUST 21: People use transportation following the passing of Tropical storm Hilary, which doesn't severely affect the region unlike other places, in Tijuana, Mexico on August 21, 2023. Even though there were some flooding in highways, daily life continues with precautions of closures for schools, some job sites and flood prone areas. The office of the municipal Civil Protection stated that the entire core of the hurricane was degraded by Sunday night and passed very quickly around Tijuana.
