17th Mediterranean Games
Partial results of Tuesday

MERSIN (AA) - Turkish national swimmer Dilara Buse took second place at the Women's 50 meter breaststroke at the 17th Mediterranean Games on Tuesday.
The Italian swimmer Michela Guzzetti won the gold medal and Giulia De Ascentis took the third place and won bronze.
The Men's 50 meter breaststroke was won by the Slovenian swimmer Damir Dugonjic and he got the gold medal, while Italian swimmer Andrea Toniato took the second place and won silver and Croation sportsman Caba Siladji won the bronze medal.

- Men's 200 meter butterfly -
At the Men's 200 meter butterfly, Serbian athlet Velimir Stjepanovic won the gold medal and established a record of the Mediterranean Games with a measure of 1,56,19. The second place was taken by Greek Stefanos Dimitriadis with 1,57,81 and the third placed was taken by Italian Francesco Pavone with 1,57,93.
- Women's 200 meter butterfly -
The Italian athlete Stefania Pirozzi won gold with 2,09,83, the Slovenian swimmer Anja Klinar won silver with a time of 2,10,76 and the Italian swimmer Emanuela Albenzi won bronze with 2,13,19.
- 4x100 meter medley relay -
The Turkish swimmers Guven Duvan, Demir Atasoy, Kaan Turker Ayar and Kemal Arda Gurdal took the third place at the Men's 4x100 meter medley relay final and won the bronze medal with a time of 3,41,58.
The winner of the 4x100 meter medley relay was the Italian team with Matteo Milli, Andrea Toniato, Piero Codia and Gianluca Maglia with a time of 3,38,25 and silver went to Greek team consisting of Andreas Vazaios, Panagiotis Samilidis, Stefanos Dimitriadis and Kristian Gkolomeev with 4,40,66.
The winner of the Women's 4x100 meter medley relay was the Italian team consisting of Elano Gemo, Giulia De Ascentis, Elena Di Liddo and Silvia Di Pietro with a time of 4,04,58, while the silver went to the Spanish swimmers Lidon Munoz Del Campo, Jessica Vall Montero, Carla Campo Casajus and Marta Gonzalez Crivillers with a time of 4,08,84 and the third place went to the French swimmers Mathilda Cini, Coralie Dobral, Beryl Gastaldello and Anna Santamans with a time of 4,08,88.
- Women's Weight Lifting -
The Turkish weight lifter Figen Kaya won bronze in women's weight lifting with 75 kg. The Spanish sportswoman Lidia Valentin Perez got gold by lifting 120 kg and the Egyptian Abeer Khail won silver with 120 kg but a small difference on the weighing scale.
- Men's Volleyball -
The Turkish Men's Volleyball team in Group A defeated the French team 3-1.
- Men's 55 kg freestyle wrestling -
The French athlete Zoheir El Ouarraqe won gold and the Spanish sportsman Juan Kalanidis won bronze.

- Men's 66 kg freestyle wrestling -
The Turkish wrestler Mustafa Kaya beat his Greek rival Andreas Triantafyllidis with 2-0 and won gold. The Greek sportsman won silver and the Macedonian wrestler Dejan Mitrov and the Egyptian Ayad Ibrahim got the bronze medal.
The Turkish wrestler Serdar Boke won gold at 84 kg freestyle wrestling by beating his Macedonian rival Dejan Bogdanov, who won silver. The Greek wrestler Timofei Xenidis and the Italian Carmelo Lumia both won bronze.
