17th Mediterranean Games

In Lutfullah Aksungur sport hall, Turkey lost the game against Macedonia 23- 24 in men' s handball tournament Group A in the 17th Mediterranean Games in Adana.

Turkey had secured the semi final before the game with 3 winning streak in the group.

- Men's Shooting

In men's "skeet" shooting, Italian Luigi Agostino won the gold medal with 15 points.

Georgios Achilleos from Greek Cyptriot administration won silver with 13 points and Greek Efthymios Mita won bronze. 

- Women's Shooting

In air gun, Serbian Ivana Maksimovic reached the gold in women's 50 m air pistol with 456.3 points.

Italian Petra Zublasing clinched the silver with 452.3 points and the bronze medal went to Serbian Andrea Arsovic who got 441.7 points.
