European stock exchanges closed mixed on Monday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, rose 0.28 points, or 0.06%, to finish at 465.68.
The UK's FTSE 100 added 14 points, or 0.19%, to end the session at 7,678. Germany's DAX 30 rose 13 points, or 0.08%, to 16,190.
Italy's FTSE MIB gained 53 points, or 0.18%, to 28,908.
France's CAC 40, on the other hand, lost five points, or 0.07%, to close at 7,427.
Spain's IBEX 35 was down 28 points, or 0.29%, to end the day at 9,543.
