Anadolu Agency's energy desk will host the Head of the Turkish Wind Energy Association (TWEA), Hakan Yildirim, on Wednesday morning.
Yildirim will speak on the country's energy developments since the beginning of his assignment as TWEA President on March 9 this year as well as investor expectations, and a potential new incentive mechanism to replace the current Renewable Energy Support Scheme (YEKDEM) that is expected to end by 2020.
The country's upcoming and projected wind energy installations, and unlicensed wind projects awaiting approval will also be some of the topics on the agenda.
Other issues include the global wind energy sector and Turkey's wish to become a regional market in terms of wind energy equipment.
