Red Crescent extends a helping hand to Arakan Muslims

COX'S BAZAR

Deputy Chairman of Turkey's ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party, Bulent Gedikli on Sunday distributed aid materials of the Turkish Red Crescent Aid Society to Rohingya Muslims staying in Bangladesh after fleeing clashes in Myanmar.

Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA) in Bangladesh's Cox's Bazar region, Gedikli wished the Islamic world a happy Eid al-Fitr (Ramadan Feast).
"The holy month of Ramadan is one of assistance and solidarity. We are pleased to provide assistance to the Rohingya Muslims," Gedikli stressed.
