BOLU (AA) - August 16, 2012 - Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc on Thursday said that he condemned the decision of the central Iraqi government not to provide a visa to the leader of the Turkish opposition Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahceli.

Speaking to reporters in north-western province of Bolu on Thursday, Bulent Arinc said that the central Iraqi government should have issued a visa to Bahceli so he could visit the city of Kirkuk.
"Bahceli's visit should have taken place. I believe that the negative developments in Iraq led to the rejection of Bahceli's request for a visa," Arinc also said.
