Football: second legs of semifinals of Turkish Cup

Second leg matches of the semifinal phase of the Ziraat Turkish Cup will be played on Wednesday and Thursday.

Regarded as the odds-on favourites of the tournament by sports pundits, Galatasaray will play an away game against Bursaspor on Wednesday. The game, held in Bursaspor's home field of Bursa's Ataturk Stadium, kicks off at 1800GMT. The first leg, which was played at Istanbul's Turk Telekom Arena, ended as a 2-2 draw, so Bursaspor are keeping their advantage heading into the finals.

Meanwhile Medical Park Antalyaspor will play Eskisehirspor on Thursday in Antalya. The game at Akdeniz University Stadium kicks off at 1830GMT. Medical Park Antalyaspor won the first leg 1-0 in Eskisehir.

The winners of the semifinals will be advancing to the final, to be played in a neutral ground as a one-off match on May 7.
