Turkish Airlines, Turkey's national carrier, has announced that with the latest two prizes awarded by the leading-financial magazine Airfinance Journal, the company has been awarded a total of ten prizes in the last ten years.  

A wide range of awards have been given to Turkish Airlines (THY) by Jane's Transport Finance, Global Transport Finance, Bonds & Loans and Airfinance Journal, which all came as a result of the ongoing efforts of the company to make it among the best in the world. 

Since April 1, 2008, THY has been a member of the world’s largest airline group, Star Alliance, and is listed as a 4-star airline. 

Ranked as the best airline in Europe since 2011, Turkish Airlines repeatedly appears in the top ten in other categories including cabin and seat quality as well as catering and service quality.

- 2012 Airline of the Year - by Airfinance Journal 

- 2013 Tax Lease Deal of the Year - by Airfinance Journal 

- 2013 Aircraft Leasing Deal of the Year Award - by Global Transport Finance

- 2014 Structured Finance Deal of the Year Award - by Bonds and Loans Awards

- 2014 Tax Lease Deal of the Year - by Airfinance Journal
