TEHRAN

Iran will allow the International Atomic Energy Agency to audit a military installation at Marivan, a city in western Iran, according to Reza Najafi, Iran's envoy to the agency on Thursday.

Najafi stated that Iran will voluntarily allow international inspectors to audit the installation, Iran's state network, Press TV, reported on Thursday.

A report by the atomic agency in 2011 claimed that tests including large scale explosives were being made in the installation in Marivan.

Tehran denied the allegations and asserted that the agency was subjected to a disinformation campaign by some countries.

Yukiya Amano, general director of the International Atomic Energy Agency at a meeting in Vienna on Thursday, called for Iran's cooperation to provide access to documents, facilities, materials and personnel.

"Our facilities are being monitored 24 hours and international inspectors are still in Iran", Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of Iran's atomic energy agency said in a speech on Thursday.

Talks between Iran and the P5+1 group of world powers, which includes the five permanent members of the UN Security Council – the U.S., France, Russia, China and the U.K. – plus Germany, and Iran are set to resume in Vienna. Under the current guidelines, a deal must be reached by Nov. 24.

The last meeting of the negotiators was held on Thursday in Vienna with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the Chief Negotiator and EU representative Catherine Ashton.

Talks include Iran's uranium enrichment level, number of centrifuges, heavy-water reactor conditions, nuclear cooperation and the sanctions against the country.
