Turkey's Fenerbahce paired Bate Borisov of Belarus in the UEFA Europa League in the second round draw which was held in Nyon, Switzerland.   
Top-seeded teams including Fenerbahce will play their first games in away in the double elimination tournament. 
Fenerbahce will face Italy's Napoli or Czech Viktoria Plzen should it make it to the round of last 16.
