ANKARA

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended a dinner hosted as part of the Fifth Conference of Turkish Ambassadors in the Turkish capital of Ankara.
Addressing the ambassadors and other dignitaries at the dinner, Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed that peace demanded more cost than war.
"War is the easy option. What is difficult is peace," Erdogan underlined.
"We are on the side of what is difficult and not easy. We are on the side of peace and not war," Erdogan stressed.
"We have paid what was necessary for peace. We are still paying for peace and will continue to do so," Erdogan noted.
"We are ready for war with all our means. If necessary, we will never hesitate to protect our soil. We will struggle for peace until the last second and make efforts to facilitate peace," Erdogan indicated.
"We are taking crucial steps to strengthen Turkey's foreign policy and to make the task of Turkish ambassadors easier," Erdogan underlined.
