A seminar was held to raise awareness against psychological problems for Anadolu Agency (AA) reporters, cameramen, photojournalists, and administrative staff working in the earthquake-affected regions in Kahramanmaraş.

Yavuz explained the ways to cope with the negative emotions experienced in the earthquake area while fulfilling his duties and advised the AA team such as keeping a diary, telling what happened, socializing, and establishing empathy so that they can get through the difficult process better.

A sense of survival guilt was experienced.Specialist Clinical Psychologist Rabia Yavuz stated that the most intense emotion observed at the moment is "desperation" and that this emotion can be reduced if action is taken to increase hope and solidarity.
Yavuz said that the feeling of despair can be healed when responsibility is taken.
