"New Generation Journalism and Multimedia Training" organized by AA Academy for Qatar News Agency (QNA) in Istanbul has ended.
Speaking at the closing program of the 6-day training held at the agency's Istanbul Office with the participation of 6 press members from QNA, AA Academy Director Cihangir İşbilir stated that they completed the training successfully.
Işbilir expressed his hope that the cooperation between AA and QNA will gradually strengthen and expressed his wish to expand and deepen the scope of the work.
After his speech, Işbilir presented certificates to the members of the press who successfully completed the training and also presented AA's Arabic yearbook to the participants.
Ali Mahmoud Salat, Vice President of QNA Sports News Department, who attended the training, stated in his statement to the AA correspondent that every subject they received training on was very important and remarkable, that the focus was on news at the beginning, and that news is very important in every field of journalism.
Mohammed Jassim Al-Hijji, Head of QNA Digital Content Department, stated that the training was very comprehensive and covered every subject a journalist needs to know, from news writing to photography and video shooting.
Journalists were trained on 14 topics
Press members from QNA, who completed the "New Generation Journalism and Multimedia Training", will also participate in the cultural tour program to be held in Istanbul over the weekend.
