Speaking at the opening ceremony of the NJ 101 training held at the Şener Şen Hall of the Faculty of Communication Sciences at Anadolu University, AA Academy Manager Dr. Zeynep Bayramoğlu Öztürk expressed her gratitude for the collaboration. She said it was an exciting day for them.
Öztürk emphasized that they have prepared a comprehensive program for the NJ 101 training and noted the following:
"You will receive training from highly experienced individuals. They will share their experience with you. I hope it will be a very enjoyable training program for you. Some things have changed. Today, journalism is no longer just about quickly disseminating news; it also entails the responsibility of gathering accurate information, verifying it, establishing context, and communicating it effectively. Elements such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, data security, and visual storytelling have transformed the entire process, from news production to presentation, in line with international developments. This transformation continues. Therefore, consider this training program as a ‘new generation journalism training program.’ I hope it will be beneficial."

Dr. Zeynep Bayramoğlu Öztürk added that good journalism is a profession that is enhanced by technology but fundamentally requires curiosity, discipline, accuracy, and responsibility.
“It will be very valuable to have Anadolu Ajansı’s experience presented to us here.”
Prof. Dr. Barış Kılınç, Dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences at Anadolu University and Advisor to the Rector, noted that they were organizing the second edition of the AnaHaber training program, which they had launched with Anadolu Ajansı.
Kılınç stated that a comprehensive program would be organized with NJ 101 training and continued as follows:
"I believe that our students, our city, and members of the press will benefit from this training. As the Corporate Communications Coordination Office, we oversee the university's corporate communications activities and reputation management initiatives in collaboration with our social media, video production, public relations, and news agency units. At the same time, we try to ensure that students from our faculty and university gain sectoral experience by including them in our existing units."

Kılınç stated that considering the changing media practices, the training organized by Anadolu University News Agency will provide students with significant contributions, concluding his remarks as follows:
"These activities will continue to become more institutionalized. We hope that in the future, our students who have undergone this training will take their place in the media as communication professionals and will be our pride. That is what we believe. We will undergo a very valuable training process. It is wonderful that the Anadolu Ajansı is providing our students and us with such comprehensive training on the changing media practices in real time."

Everyone already knows Anadolu Ajansı. It is a source of pride for Türkiye. Just like us, we are active in almost every country in the world, except for Greenland and a few other countries, through our open education activities, especially through the ‘Turkish Language and Culture Program’ we launched this year, operating in 104 countries. It will be very valuable to have the experience of the Anadolu Agency presented to us here."
The opening program was attended by AA Bursa Regional Director Erdinç Aksoy, academics, and many students.
