The training, which included 10 journalists from AA and 14 journalists from Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Algeria, Palestine, and Libya, provided information on how journalists working in disasters such as war, fire, flood, and earthquake should behave under difficult conditions, through both theoretical and practical applications.
During the first 11 days of the war journalism training, participants received theoretical lessons from experts in their field on topics such as “weapons, ballistics” and “natural disasters.”

Afterwards, practical training was conducted on topics such as “kidnapping, hostage situations, and checkpoints”, “personal safety course”, “explosives, mines and booby traps, and dangerous areas.”

The training will continue tomorrow with a lesson on “risk analysis and general task procedure” followed by the certificate ceremony and closing dinner.
