The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 2,700 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 1.397,99 liras at 1 pm local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Friday's electricity market shows a decrease of 7.73% to around 1.38 billion Turkish liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,190.97 liras and 2,209.79 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 2,698.96 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1.449,98 liras at 2 and 3 a.m. local time (2300 and 0000 GMT).
US$1 equals 29.15 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
