The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 530.58 Turkish liras at 15.00 local time and the lowest will be 293.50 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 3.2% to 202.5 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 352.72 liras and 357.78 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set at 549.02 liras at 15.00 and 19.00 local times and the lowest at 291.12 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.91 Turkish liras at 1129 GMT on Thursday.
