Turkey’s liquefied petroleum gas production decreased by 11.4 percent for November 2014, according to the country's energy marketing watchdog.
According to the report released by the Energy Marketing Regulatory Authority, Turkey's refineries’ total LPG production decreased to around 61,022 tons for November alone and annual exports decreased by 9.7 percent to about 294,657 tons compared to November 2013.
Turkey imported LPG from eight countries in November 2014 -- Russia, Algeria, Norway, Kazakhstan, Romania, France, Georgia and Ukraine.
Turkey's LPG exports dropped by 0.2 percent to about 20,242 tons for November with only Switzerland, Northern Cyprus and Turkey's free trade areas making any imports, the report said.
The amount of autogas sold in Turkey over the same period in 2014 was 302,462 tons. Additionally, 64,942 tons of bottled LPG and 8,119 tons of bulk LPG were sold to Turkish customers.
