The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,345 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 23.00 local time (0500 and 2000 GMT), while the lowest will be 824.98 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.8% to 641.87 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,218.13 liras and 1,224.74 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,345 liras at 08.00, 09.00 and 10.00 local time (0500, 0600 and 0700 GMT), with the lowest at 824.99 liras 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.42 liras at 1112 GMT on Thursday.
