Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended the week at 12,698.19 points on Friday, down 0.23% day-by-day.
After starting the day at 12,802.98 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 28.87 points from Thursday's close.
The lowest value of the index was 12,601.60, while the daily high was 12,825.01.
The market value of the BIST 100 was around 12.4 trillion Turkish liras ($279.5 billion), with a trading volume of 112 billion liras ($2.52 billion).
A total of 32 stocks on the index rose and 65 dropped, compared to the previous close.
Gold was $4,530 per ounce, while Brent crude futures traded for $111.4 per barrel as of 6.50 pm local time (1550GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 44.4595, the euro/Turkish lira exchange rate was 51.3085, and the British pound traded for 59.2100 liras.
