Turkish first lady hosts Lebanese premier's wife in Istanbul

Turkish first lady Emine Erdogan and Sahar Baassiri, the Lebanese prime minister's wife, met in Türkiye on Friday.

Erdogan welcomed Baassiri to Istanbul, thanking her for her "gracious visit" and expressing her wish for the "enduring friendship between our two countries" to continue, according to a post on Turkish social media platform NSosyal.
