Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Ljubljana, Slovenia on Monday.
Before he travelled to Slovenia, Erdogan told reporters that the International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) would decorate him with the "World personality of the decade".
Erdogan will meet his Slovenian counterpart Borut Pahor, and be received by Slovenian Parliament Speaker Gregor Virant and President Danilo Turk in Ljubljana.
Premier Erdogan is expected to proceed to Italy after completing his talks in Slovenia. In the Italian capital of Rome, Erdogan will attend Turkey-Italy Second Intergovernmental Summit.
