DOHA 

Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu on Thursday attended a graduation ceremony for police cadets at the Qatari Police College in Doha.

The ceremony was also attended by Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.

Jordanian Interior Minister Ibrahim al-Mubaidain was also present at the ceremony, which saw the graduation of 108 police cadets from Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Palestine, and Yemen.

After the ceremony, graduates performed a parade outside the college headquarters.

Soylu arrived in Doha earlier Thursday for a one-day visit.

Separately, Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received Soylu.
