ANKARA (AA) - September 10, 2012 - Chief of Turkish General Staff General Necdet Ozel met on Monday with Libyan Chief of Staff General Youssef al-Mangoush in Ankara, the Turkish capital.
For the guest chief of general staff, an official ceremony took place at the Turkish General Staff Headquarters.
Following the formal ceremony, Ozel and Al-Mangoush moved into the headquarters building to hold a meeting.
The meeting was closed to press corps.
