Turkish international scores career-best 24 points, Sixers beat Bulls 100-89
Philadelphia 76ers defeated Chicago Bulls 100-89 on Friday in the NBA, as Turkish international Furkan Korkmaz scored career-best 24 points.
Coming off the bench for his team, Korkmaz played for 26 minutes and scored a game-high 24 points, on 8/11 shooting from the field.
Korkmaz also hit 6/9 from the three-point line.
Sixers' center Al Horford was also influential in the victory, he scored 20 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 6 assists.
Point guard Ben Simmons also added 20 points and 11 rebounds.
The Sixers improved to 27 wins and 16 losses in the season, while the Bulls dropped to 15 wins and 28 losses.
