Wolverhampton Wanderers earn 1-0 victory at Old Trafford, Man United taste their 1st loss under Rangnick
Portuguese midfielder Joao Moutinho inspired Wolverhampton Wanderers to a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford in an English Premier League match on Monday.
Moutinho fired a right-footed low shot outside the box that beat Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea in the 82nd minute.
In the 68th minute Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo's header was disallowed as the Portuguese forward was caught offside.
Thanks to Moutinho's late strike, Bruno Lage's men secured the victory, which was their first league win at Old Trafford.
Manchester United were handed their first loss under Ralf Rangnick.
Rangnick was appointed by the Red Devils as an interim manager in the late November after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had been sacked.
Manchester United lost in the Premier League after six matches. On Nov. 20, Watford stunned Manchester United 4-1 at home but then Manchester United bounced back.
