Mavericks beat Clippers 112-104 in overtime to end 3-game losing streak
Kristaps Porzingis, Luka Doncic combine for 56 points to lead Mavericks to 10th win of season
The Dallas Mavericks sealed a 112-104 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers in overtime late Tuesday.
The Clippers dropped 11 of the final 12 points in the nail-biting 4th quarter, and Paul George hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to send the game into overtime. But the Mavericks dominated the overtime with a 9-1 lead to win the game.
Kristaps Porzingis and Luka Doncic combined for 56 points to help the Mavericks end their three-game losing streak.
Porzingis played with 30 points and seven rebounds, while Doncic had 26 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.
Reggie Jackson was the highest scorer for the Clippers with 31 points and 10 rebounds, and George racked up 26 points.
The overtime win gave the Mavericks their tenth victory of the season. The Clippers dropped to a 10-8 win/loss record.
